The mag is a half scale Wico model EK impulse magneto used on most full sized hit-or-miss engines. I designed and built it. It's construction, including winding the coils and stamping the laminations is detailed in my book "Ignition Coils and MAGNETOS in MINIATURE". You do have a copy of my book ,,,, don't you?
